EVA latex-based vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer is a powerful water-based adhesion agent with many advantages.
1.In the early stage, strong continuity Good alkali resistance
3.High viscosity increaseSafe operationality
5.Excellent heat resistance latent degenerationExcellent water resistance
EVA latex can be used in a wider range of subsequent properties than polyvinyl acetate latex, especially suitable for PVC. In addition, it can also be used as a follower of various plastic films and porous substrates, such as polyvinylidene chloride, cellulose acetate, polystyrene, porous substrates such as paper, wood, cotton, fiberboard and PU foam.
EVA latex can also be widely used in construction as a reinforcement for cement adhesion agent and cement waterproofing agent.
Operation and storage precautions:
Generally speaking, latex is an extremely stable chemical substance, non-combustible and non-irritating, but because VAE latex contains a small amount of residual vinyl acetate monomer, you should pay attention to the eyes or skin when dealing with VAE latex. If you come into contact with VAE latex, you need to clean it quickly with clean water.
The latex must be stored in a room temperature and dry and shielded place. The temperature of the storage place should be kept between 8 and 40°C. Please use it within six months. If the barrel latex is not used up after opening, the opening must be sealed to avoid the latex being agglomerated due to dryness.Final products made with polymer emulsions are also often recommended to be preserved with preservatives.
